Guild Wars 2

Hello there!
Let me introduce myself, I’m Andrea a long term player here on GW2. My husband recently bought his copy of Heart of Thornes and being playing non-stop for over a week rn (I’m using his account to ask you what I’m about to ask).
Now, since I’m half from Philadelphia I got absolutely no problem dealing with GW and all its many functions, builds and all that jazz BUT! Here in Italy we have a HU-GE community of old players that are bringing new players in the game, but we have a problem.
I know, I know, it’s not an excuse anymore in 2017 not to speak or at least understand a little English, but believe me when I say that many players are soon-to-be-nerds barely in their teens (or worse, grown ups that can’t have the time to learn a new language). Btw I’m not making any excuse, just go with the flow here.
I was trying to open an official wiki, translating step by step every aspect of the game, so that many others italians can actually start playing GW2 and have fun. But since ArenaNet it’s (at least now) not interested of actually translating the whole game, I wanted to ask you guys if there a possibility to open a new official Wiki, that I’m willing to take care little at a time, and have an Italian one for GW2.
Tips? A little help for this poor little (well not anymore) lonely girl? ????
