Could you include more details please? How does it fail? Where are youi trying to use the Gem store from? Things like that. From what I have seen though, I would submit a ticket explaining this (I had to because I couldn’t buy it with a CC). They sometimes have safeguards preventing purchases.

Well, it didn’t work for me. But if you have a shortcut for GW2, right-click it and hit properties (if you don’t have a shortcut make one). In the target line, paste this: “-assetsrv 174.35.71.9:80”. Do it outside of the quotes on the target, and leave out the quotes around this string. Hope it helps you, I haven’t been having any luck either.

Ok, so basically like the title says, my download speed hangs at 10’s of kilobytes a second, or freezes. I’ve restarted, re-installed, added “-assetsrv 174.35.71.9:80” to the target in the shortcut, I have reset my router, port forwarded it, reset my Modem, Reassigned IP’s. I don not know what to do. I feel like I was scammed for 100 dollars now… This is awful.
