so should i just purchase another one instead

I was watching friends duel in my guild pvp room and clearing my messy bag. By using the pvp reward potion i finished a full reward track of dungeon ta and got the armor chest. then i selected the heavy chest piece and it showed i unlocked the skin. but in the ta collector achievement the chest skin didn’t unlock. I salvaged it and it doesn’t work either. anyone got any idea?

1. Elementalist
2. Ranger
3. Engineer

most of my classmate in Canada cant play china sever, they really wants to play this wonderful game, but how ever they are afraid of they cant understand the skill or something else. And i really wants to play with them, like a jumping puzzle, i cant finish some just myself. Go dungeon with friends in real world is one of the greatest things in the world, isnt it?
