Hello! Thanks for the advice. What traits should I choose in blood magic? (Don’t own HoT) Does the build include a second set of weapons or I just don’t see it? It says scepter + dagger but I don’t see the second set

Hello, as the title says I was looking for a build that maximizes condition damage and I don’t really know how could I achieve that because the “skill points” (I don’t know how they are called, I mean the points you put in the different branches like spite, soul reaper, blood magic, etc) don’t seem too favourable for a pure condi dmg build, any advice would be much appreciated!
