Wow, I didn’t there were some much people living in Taiwan…

Population:
2013 estimate: more than 23,340,136 the population density is about 645.15 per km2
I don’t know whether you’re being ironic or not, but there are indeed.
I’ve made the same request a few months ago, and for sure I would love to have a Traditional Chinese Interface.
Since the online-gaming market in Taiwan is very competitive, I think that Guild Wars 2 will dominate once the Chinese Interface is released.
In 2012 research , Taiwanese player ( including PC, TV ,and mobile games ) from thirteen to sixty-five years old sum up as 750 million people ,and online-game players average 250 million. This data hasn’t changed for years since Lineage and Diablo II published in TW years ago.
And for we had great confidence on GW2, we thought it would be great if you look this market in the eye.
p.s. I’m a Taiwanese player and I think we don’t need to make this issue political, even if you see Taiwan and China as one, you can’t hide the truth that we live under different culture, just like HK and China.

Hello, Dear ArenaNet group.
I’m an Asian player and a big fan of Guild wars 2.
I think that you’ve already been told about the problem of typing Traditional Chinese in-game.
It’s not able to show the words correctly.
Please consider in using a font-type named “Microsoft MingLiU”.
This font is widely used in East Asia.
Since I’m also an Role-player, I want to spread this way of gaming to Chinese-speaking people by creating an Chinese Role-playing community for them.
However, this typing problem stops us from communicate in Chinese.
Please help us out , you can find many Taiwanese players in Dragon Brand, Jade Quarry, and Kaineng.
p.s. It’s said that there will be a China version of Guild wars 2.
perhaps you could do this as a practice in advance?
