Ive applied to this guild on your website.. Currently have a necro/ele/warrior/thief all 100% geared and ready for WvW… Necro is my main that i run with 70% of the time, and 100% of the time in organized WvW… Some noteable stats with food, no buffs: 3300 power, 2200 attack, 50% crit rate, 1900 toughness, 22k HP..

To whom may be reading this,

Im 22 years old, I live in Ontario, Canada (EST time zone), im mature and I love to WvW! I have leveled up 5 characters through WvW and have geared them all out according to my playstyle per class.. These 5 classes are; Necro (main), Warrior, Ele, Thief, Ranger!

Im settled in at Sanctum of Rall server and im looking for a small community that uses their own voice comms (vent or ts), and that mainly/only does WvW! Alot of WvW guilds seem to have tons of members already and its hard to make a name for yourself within the guild as it is already established! I want to be a name not another number ina zerg guild!

Influential Ones [IO] – Sanctum of Rall

Influential Ones is a brand new guild that has emerged onto the SoR scene. Our guild is 100% dedicated to helping the WvW cause, thus we are now recruiting active members who enjoy WvWvW’ing!

Our time zone is Eastern, but we are not limiting recruitment to this timezone! Our main goal is not to have a zerg full of members, but instead have a close knit group of active people, who share the same common goal at the end of the day; Obtain back as much land as possible throughout the 4 maps where needed! If this sounds interesting to you, and you want to be apart of something new and fresh where your not just another number in the guild, but your actually known and talked to, then please continue to read on… If not then this guild is probably not for you :P

Perks of being in this guild:
- Starting off on something fresh, where the community is new, and the chance to say in the future “I started up with the guild, and look where its at now”
- Future Voice Comms (either Vent/TS) & Future Website (both of these depend on whether or not this guild kicks off)
- Chance to work your way up the hierarchy (now a days its hard as most guilds are already established with their core group)
- Our guild has a commander (myself)… We have the choice of roaming with our guild only to achieve things on a small scale, as well as turning on commander and letting the community in on the fun, thus leading to bigger and funner things!
- Once we get some members, we will have weekly and monthly events with prizes, as well as some community events to get the community involved! (This info would be posted on our future website)

So anyone wanna try and set up a time and date to do the below? If so please post here, and depending on the responses i will set up a time in this first post and we will try it out ahaha;

Gather up all the necros/thieves/mesmers/hunters as have them all have their summons/duplicate forms out, and scare off zergs of 50 with what looks like 100-200 people running at you!!! Would be fun to record!

Through playing WvW, I also thought that this would be a cool idea:

4 main guilds on the server full of active, WvW players only! Each guild dedicated to playing on 1/4 maps on the WvW Realm! Each of the guilds will always have a commanding officer running on each map… This will give players a chance to join up on a guild of a map that they like to play (i prefer EB to all the others)… As players log in, they join their respective map, and fight for the cause!

In this we can have 1 main website hub for all 4 guilds to talk in forums, read about events/wvw times etc… In organizing our servers WvW in this way, i think we could increase the amount of points gained per day!

So today I spent a couple of hours fooling around in WvW, testing on random people and some dummys, as well as reading guides… I took all the information that i gathered from peoples different trait builds/equip builds, and at the end of it, I came up with a class spec for thief which I AM NOT saying is the best, or the be all the end all, or the next class spec to get nerfed..

What i am saying though is that this class spec I have fun with, proves to have good survivability, pretty good DPS, and in the end fits me and my play style for WvW!

Going to start making a WvW video to show how I enjoy to play it!

Feel free to post your own variations of thief builds/ give me some tips on how i can furthur improve on my build! I tried specializing in keeping a fairly good sustained DPS, as well as give myself some abilities/a health pool big enough to stay alive!

Cant wait to see the replies, and hope someone see’s this and likes it enough to give it a try… Ive had fun with it so far, and i believe it is a very good hybrid between dps/survivability/WvW situations!
