Greeting,
maybe I missed something in the patchnotes or so but is it a bug or intended that the two exotic armor pieces which I got today doing Fractals level 2 are “accountbound” as well as “soulbound on use”. I’d really like to know if this might be a bug or not. I usually do dungeons to sell valueable stuff (like exotic armor/weapons) and not to fill my bags with it. Thanks.

Issue with Ingame-Mail (Change of Recipient)

Greetings,

after not getting any help from the German Support Team, an no response to my Bugreport and I chose to describe what happened to me to save some people Gold.

A few days back I created some jewellery(3 x exotic lvl 80) for a guildmate. We were talking about what he needed using the guild-chat and after creating the trinkets I right-clicked on his name and clicked on “Send Mail”. As usual an empty Message opened up with his Name as the recipient, so I’ve opened up my inventory. That window often overlaps with the open message-window so I usually right-click on the items and choose “Mail Item to…” which added the items to the message and after all three were included I send it to “him”. Great thing is it never reached him, at first I thought I chose the wrong guy from the chat but that wasn’t the problem after some time I figured out what happened. If someone is standing in front of you and you use the right-click- and “Mail Item to…” function the system automatically chooses the one standing in front of you as Recipient EVEN if you typed a different one in before or chose someone through the chat “Send Mail”-function as I did. As it happened I was standing close to the Jewellery-Station in Lionsarch with quite a few people around me, no one ever got back to me, saying hey you just send my some jewellery whats with that…No, thanks to that feature or bug or whatever it is I lost roughly 6 Gold and a German support telling me through a standard-answer that I should empty my Inbox is not helping at all! Never mind it took them one and a half days to get back to me. This is just plain ridiculous, I am used to better support. Maybe someone here could at least tell me if something will be done about it or not. Hoping for the items to be returned is just wishful thinking but Hoping for an adequate answer should be realistic.
