Greetings!
Did you notice that our name has the word dragon in it and think to yourself, “But good sir, we’re supposed to be fighting the dragons!” Great point!
While we do share a name with the greatest threat Tyria will ever face, don’t let that mistake us for lovers of these massive destroyers. The Dragon Clan [Drgn] is one that respects the power of these beasts, but also knows they must be destroyed.
Also, we formed before anyone even knew these flying disasters existed and would threaten to kill us all. :P
We’re a friendly, small group of friends that have taken fondly to all aspects of Guild Wars 2; be that PvE, PvP, dynamic events, WvW, dungeons, or general map exploration. Though our roots go back further, Dragon has been around since the alpha tests of the original Guild Wars in 2004. Not only does this mean that we hold this game close to our hearts, but that we know a ton about the lore of Tyria and will gladly fill in any newcomers to the Guild Wars universe of all the little nods to either the original games or the novels.
As we are all in our 20s, we do have normal lives and jobs that keep us from putting 40-100 hours into this game every week. As a result, we’re a very laid back and relaxed group of guys who like to get on, get together, and just have fun whenever we can. This means no drama and no strict membership requirements. If that sounds like your cup of tea, then hit us up! We’d love to have you.
Though we no longer have a website, we have a constantly running Ventrillo server that also features channels for the original Guild Wars. We’re also pretty lenient and willing to create special channels for you if needed. There’s also a chance in the future that we may reinvest in another website and perhaps even start some social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube).
