Guild Wars 2

Hi i’m returning from a break and I’m just doing PVE world events/bosses/trains atm waiting for the new expansion. When i left i was in berserker exotics. I have some ascended trinkets/accessories but no ascended gear or weapons. My tailoring is max so i can start to craft her ascended gear.
So this is a 2 question post:
1. Anyone recommend a survivable yet semi high dps solo build for open world pve (i do not PVP so don’t suggest it!)
2. With that build what kind of ascended gear would you recommend? Power, vit, prec…etc on the gear. I know condi is being nerfed tomorrow too so hoping condi builds don’t fall short.

Looking to come back to the game and I’m looking for an end game guild who is active and actively doing things, includes new people. I prefer adult guilds as i tend to swear a lot but I could go for a younger one if I felt included.
I am NA East Coast so hoping for raids to start around 8pm EST pls!
I will need some help with explaining raiding gear, i tried playing 4 months ago and it was sort of confusing, but I’m willing to learn and grow.
I want to start a new toon and lvl to max level so it might be a little bit before I can raid if there is spot for me hopefully! But willing to lvl and fill in, in a raid as needed just let me know what u need. I played for a very long time when it first launched and then came back in spurts so I’m not totally lost. I have several (like 5 or 6) at max level though they have no gear.
I do have the expansion so no issues there!

Hi,
I’m looking for an active semi or big guild (with least 20 people on) to game with others. I have 3 80’s though I’m wanting to lvl another to 80 cause I love lvling in GW2. My current guild kinda died and they went to another guild I didn’t want to join. I’m looking for people to lvl with, dungeon with, endgame stuff with 80’s and talk with. I’m hoping to join a guild with vent/teamspeak/mumble with people who like talking and chatting.

I can transfer servers if need be, but I really don’t PVP so I’m up for whatever since guesting is possible. Also looking for a 18+ guild as I can have a sailor mouth I’ve been told and don’t want to offend kiddo’s. So I prefer a more Mature guild.
