Password Reset Failed

My browser has saved my PW from a while back but when I resinstalled the GW2 client, I realized that I had forgotten my PW.

I followed the reset password and inputted the required information…email / serial number / ingame character name. Once I hit the reset button, I get the message…“Password reset failed. Please try again or contact customer service.”

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Actually Splashtop HD works, I just did it. It’s just a bit difficult to maneuver but I can’t complain being able to grind from work.

I work nights at the hospital and often its dreadfully slow. I’ve read the EULA / Rules of Conduct and didn’t see a clear answer. Is it in violation to remote play from my tablet at work…ie remoting into my pc with my android tablet. (I would still be in full control over my character and not using third party software to control my character in any way.)
