It would be nice if they confirmed the issue and were working on it.
This is starting to increasingly affect many users at a rapid rate.

Hopefully GW2 staff can assist us in resolving these connection issues.
These issues are happening to many users across the globe.

Are your other games working fine?
I am having this issue too, but it appears to be a routing problem with ArenaNet servers and ISP providers. Just look at all the recent threads for Lag issues.

I am also having this issue and Tech Support doesn’t appear to have any response. Not sure what’s going on or when we can get a resolution.

I even tried the gw2 repair and no luck.

Having this same problem with lag and extremely low FPS.
Everything was fine this morning. No system hardware or software changes.
