To add more than one screenshot, you can choose the ‘More posting and formatting options…’, and continue to add screenshots.

You could try the Command Line Argument -prefreset as a troubleshoot. Instructions found via the ‘Wiki’ link above, and ‘Search – Command Line Argument’. Be sure to remove the argument after.

Hi, i would like to request an assistance with regards to my character, specifically the one at ‘The Grove’ (home town of Sylvaris). The game kept on crashing, the loading screen is displayed for a long time then the game will crash. Take note that the POIs, WPs and Vista counter won’t even load/displayed on the screen.

Kindly take note that, i have tried logging in the game using different character and i didn’t encountered the crashing of the game.

my friend had the same issue and was fixed after he changed the setting

Sounds like the DNS cache in windows got a bad entry.

Bring up a command prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns. You may need admin privilege to do this.

Hi. I just want to ask some help cause i can’t seem to visit guildwars2.com on my pc.. i tried opening it in google chrome and firefox, but they both says the connection was reset.. but when i tried visiting guildwars2.com through my laptop and cellphone (via wi-fi) it loads normally.. any help or suggestions will be appreciated and thanks in advance.

Hey guys. The disabling the firewall works for me.. i just disabled it then restarted the pc after that it starts downloading.. just enable the firewall after update
