Hello, I just wanted to add my 2 cents on this issue. I got my account hacked on April 25, 2014. Sent in a ticket and got access to my account back within a few hours. Then i logged in and of course everything was gone gems, gold, laruels, gear… ect. As of today, May 1 nothing has been done and i am surprised it has been so long without a response. Yesterday i put in a request for a ticket refresh but i do not see my ticket number in the review list. I know I am not the only one that has this problem. Why is it taking so long?? I just want to play.

I think i need my ticket refreshed please. Got my account back but i still need an account roll back and i mistakenly wrote on the ticket i no longer need help because i can log in but of course everything is gone on my level 80 toons. Ticket # 571496. I did get an automated response saying it was being looked into but have not heard anything since.

I wish they would make an athenticator that was not linked to a cell phone as i do not use one. I would gladly buy one in a heart beat. Yeah i was hacked yesterday(Friday) i really like this game and want to play but not much point till i get an account roll back, my poor toons that are 80 are wearing their underwear

yes i got my account hacked yesterday never had that happen on any other game. I have not heard anything back about rolling back my account as of yet. SIGH
