The invisible/online thing doesn’t work for me. Sometimes I change the status to invisible and it crashes me.

Also I can’t speak in guild chat, or maybe I can. Sometimes I enter chat and it seems nothing happens. Other times, it tells me I’m not in a guild.

The funniest thing – I can read what some other people are saying in my second guild even though I’m not even repping them.

What’s up everyone? So I took a new job and the guild I’m in and have no intentions of leaving, currently runs guild missions Sunday at 8PM Eastern. Most evenings I’ll be working and will miss a majority, if not all of them.

So I’m looking for a guild to tag along with and rep specifically for gmissions, that runs missions weekly as the title says, mornings, early afternoons, or late at night eastern time(Eastern is just my time). An Oceanic guild perhaps or a guild that runs PUG missions?

Anyway, I’d like to earn my weekly comms so if there’s a guild out there that doesn’t mind me tagging along, please send me some info including what time you run them — it would be appreciated. Thanks!

No, don’t want. An off-hand axe would be cool as was mentioned but I’m satisfied other than that.

I now know the feeling all too well. I’m only human, and being human, I make many mistakes. Typically I’m very careful about what I sell/decon but I somehow lost my Spirit Links that I crafted. I don’t recall selling it or using a salvage kit on anything and it wasn’t listed in the buyback tab which I often check after clearing my inventory of junk. It didn’t end up in my hidden bag where most of my ‘important’ stuff goes.

Sure it’s not a legendary but 250 globs, an eldritch scroll, 70 mystic coins, and 10 ori ingots now down the crapper. I swear I just made this thing just 3-4 days ago give or take. I feel like such an idiot. This is the type of thing that reminds me never to get anything nice lol.

I’m not typically a band wagoner but some sort of support options for idiots like me would be magnificent! Such a disheartening feeling! I’m glad it wasn’t something I bought from the gem store lol.

About us:

We’re a laid back small group of people who enjoy the game and the company of our guild mates.

We’re a US based guild of various timezones. Anyone is welcome though.

We enjoy many aspects of the game including but not necessarily limited to:

WvW, PvP, Dungeons and Leveling alts.

Of the few guild members we have, most prefer wvw/pvp the most, but we enjoy all.

We don’t discourage it but we are not a Role-playing guild.

We have a teamspeak server. It’s not a requirement but it is an easier form of communication rather than typing.

You don’t have to rep 100% of the time but we encourage you to join us as much as possible.

21+ preferably but we will make exceptions based on the individual(meaning anyone of any age can act mature and as long as it doesn’t prove to be an issue for the rest of the guild)

We like to have fun, chat, and make jokes with each other like everyone else, but the disrespect or belittling of others will not be tolerated, especially towards guild mates. We believe we can succeed at whatever it is we desire to in a drama-free environment.

Our Goal:

We wish to increase our ranks but still stay a fairly small size
(At least 10, possibly 20 active players).

We have no intentions of expanding to a huge size. We do however want players to be able to enjoy the company of their guild mates on a daily basis, participate in the aforementioned, and have fun without the need to search elsewhere.

Above all we want our guild to stay and have a friendly or homely atmosphere for old and new members alike.

Happens both on my ranger and necro. It doesn’t happen to any particular pet but seems to happen most when I summon bone minions on the necro.

I think it’s just random and can happen when you summon any pet but yes that is one bug in game that severely annoys me and forces me to turn off sound some point.

Unfortunately I haven’t found any particular concrete cause. As I said it seems to be a random audio glitch upon the summon of any pet.

I currently rep and play with friends that I’ve played past games with and I will continue to play and enjoy time with them on GW2 but the fact is I play way more often than they do and am looking for some other folks to level/ dungeon run with and just in general pass time with while in game and have fun doing so.

Most guilds that I see have strict 100% repping policies. I get that. They want to make the most out of their guild with their roster.

Of course I don’t mind repping the guild I’m grouping with/playing with/chatting with. It would be rude not to. The point is I wouldn’t be repping 100% of the time and it would be on and off devoting my time to both guilds basically.

I’m pretty active and often easy going US, East Coast based player but that’s never been really indicative of nor does it influence my play time.

So pretty much I’m looking for a guild that:

A) Doesn’t mind me splitting my play time/rep time with another guild
B) Somewhat small, casual and tight-knit but has active players who like to get stuff done too – dungeon runs, leveling alts, maybe some wvw here and there(not limited to those three of course)
C) Is somewhat mature and not every sentence I read in guild chat is a sexual innuendo(I can appreciate a good dirty joke as much as anyone else but some chat I read in map is just bleh…annoying, and prefer not to read trash in guild chat too)I’m sure you get where I’m coming from.

One final note: I don’t mind RPing but I don’t do it nor do I really have the desire to give it a go, so preferably a non-rp guild or a guild that doesn’t make RPing mandatory.

Put on the toy gun skin to your rifle. In stead of BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG, you can hear POP POP POP POP POP POP. Only solution I can think of other than turning your sound off.

That would be it! Thank you very much! I’ve not actually played the original Guild Wars but I caught word of them using some themes from the previous GW. I should have known and done more research before posting.

And I shouldn’t have said I wouldn’t purchase the soundtrack just because this one theme wasn’t on it. I have two soundtracks to buy now though, I believe. To Amazon!

I’ve listened to the soundtrack on youtube and such and don’t recall having came across this track. Then again, I played the music in the background while working and whatnot so it’s possible I missed it.

Anyone know the name of this one or if it’s on the soundtrack?

So as topic states, are mp4s or m4as compatible(aka soundtracks/music bought from itunes)? Anyone have these file types working on their custom playlists?

Wiki is kind of vague as is the sticky about custom playlists. I want to know for sure. If the answer is no, then that answers the issues for some of my custom playlist problems and I assume many others especially those who get silence from their playlists.

Edit: Even some cds I was trying to incorporate are .m4a

Game soundtrack is amazing but I need some variety. I know it’s not a big deal and one can always alt-tab to their media player but I’m just trying to make use of a cool feature.

I’m sure I’ve answered my own question but just seeking confirmation I guess from other folks here.

I can’t give you a solution unfortunately but I can tell you it’s not just you. Same thing here. It works but very low volume. Fortunately I can adjust the volume many different ways(system volume, game volume, mic/headset volume) but still it’s annoying.

I like the idea of the custom music but there are a lot of issues to be worked out with it.

I’m glad my small guild and I transferred to this server. Only been here a few days but the community as a whole is pretty good and cool stuff like this takes place.

My main human toon is Luciendar Elorien – Ranger

I’m a sword collector and Luciendar is taken from the name of one of Kit Rae’s swords of the same name, Luciendar (Sword of Light).

Surname was going to be Elexorien – another name of a Kit Rae sword but didn’t care for the ‘x’ and Elorien rolled off the tongue better. So idea was inspired/taken from that.

Yes up to a certain point. Then the order stories take over(whispers, vigil, priory).

But yes all races and their starting stories are as you guessed; three different options based on what you choose at character creation that will play out in unique ways.

Same finished up fractals, left group – got booted and can’t log my toons in. Char screen is far as I get

Anyone know a good place to farm for these things?

I know I could just buy them from the tradepost but they’re somewhat expensive and I’m a cheap sob and would rather slay beasties and get them myself.

As the title states, I’m looking to confirm if there are any stat/attribute caps/limitations and if so what are they?

I’ve looked up and down on the internet and alas I could not find an answer so I thought I could get the information from the pros here. My guild is quite small but those who are more experienced that I, couldn’t confirm anything.

Feel free to be specific such as:

Perhaps certain attribute caps for certain professions/races? etc.
