I also have this bug with the superior rune of the afflicted. I just bought two runes and it it saying that I have 8/6 in red font signifying that I have two more runes than max. The stats for having all six runes are in blue font signifying that I have the stats active. I’m only getting credit for the two active. I also don’t death nova when downed. However, I do not remember ever being permanently locked in place. I don’t have this issue with my sPVP armor.
