OK so some of you guys are talking about the client being laggy af in the beginning. How did this get better over time? I have been waiting for hours over the last few days and my game is still laggy till the point where it’s simply unplayable.
The game runs very smooth on Bootcamp’ed Windows with the Windows client – however I hate swapping OS between making music and playing games.

Try setting your resolution lower, that really helped me! Here’re my graphic settings – maybe they’ll help you!

I already tried this – even with the lowest possible setting however with no result.
All that happened was that the game even looked so awful that I didn’t feel like playing it
On Windows I run everything around max on the same computer (on Bootcamp)

Keep me posted if you move on to Corsair!
Maybe they will give you a keyboard free of charge if you write them and show them what you’ve got going on. Seemingly they have been very good to reviewers and they were all over at the WTS so it seems they are very aware of GW2 as well.

Any progress on this amazing project?!
I would love having a part of my K65 displaying my HP as well as the outer keys pulsing in red (as a frame) when in down-state and green / light blue when actively ressing and something similar for stomps as well.
Maybe hotkeys for skills light up in green when ready and red when on cooldown.
This would be nothing less than amazing!
I know nothing about programming so I really hop that someone will keep working on this

I’ve looked at getting these things from the game before. What you can do is screenshot the game ~10-20 times a second then look at rgb data at the endurance bar and HP bar.

If the bars are missing = toggle downed state readouts.

It sounds interesting but I have very little knowledge on working with a computer so it seems I will have to wait for someone to actually write a finished program that I can install and enjoy

Why the downscales on the tournaments, did you loose staff?
A shame that AG is not evolving into a more professional scale but rather the opposite.
As I would like to compete I will probably not be able to help administrating the tournaments but I can ask around if this is the reason.

Let there be no doubt – AG is an excellent initiative, I am simple surprised that it hasn’t received better support from A-Net with permanent servers and a form of reward for the hosts to keep things running (in case this is the reason of the amateur’ish downscales).

Good idea to tell us your current lineup

Another view on the casters would be nice in my honest opinion.
Without mentioning names I will admit that I have witnessed poor shout casting displaying next to no understanding of the game and unnecessary trash talk directly aimed at certain players. As this in no way can be beneficial for ANet I wonder if any ANet officials follow the live-streams to review weather or not the shoutcasters meet the expectations that should be fulfilled. As the streams are not shown on the official GW2 Twitch I don’t know if this is of any concern but I believe that the environment around the PvP scene could be greatly improved if we have official casters, approved by ANet, for the AG tournaments.

I’d love to be able to run GW2 in Windowed Fullscreen on my iMac as I use my iPad as a 2nd display and would like to use it for displaying TS and what not. I think this would really improve my PvP performance and my gaming experience in general.

As Windowed Fullscreen is already an option in the Windows client I hope it will be possible to implement for us on OSX.
