Losing access to account's email

I’m not sure if this has been posted before, but I did do a bit of searching as to see if there was any way to change your email for your account. The email associated with my account was a university email that I will eventually lose access to in a few months due to my recent graduation.

Is there some sort of way I can make a request to change the email, given proof of account verification?

I’ve been getting this error for 4 days now. Really hoping this issue is resolved on monday when more Anet staff is available. I’m going to be extremely disappointed if I can’t buy anything from this 10-day anniversary sale.

Can't purchase gems

I’ve been long awaiting the return of some of the NPC weapon skins so I could purchase a few more, yet I have been unable to purchase gems for the past 48 hours. Each time I try it says “error, try again later” for more or less.

Is this some security protocol in light of the recent DDoS attacks or am I the only one getting this problem?
