I’ve been chasing “watery grave” for about 1 week, I experienced the “underwater phase” only once, realized that my buff was not active, triggered my buff, suffered from damage underwater (almost died there) but did not get the collectible anyway.
I can understand that some collectibles may be hard to obtain but that one relies on the other players too hard, I think, and I still do not understand why the buff in watery grave did not triggered the collection either.
While playing, my ping is almost always correct (around 20~60ms) but I’m experiencing heavy rubber banding while playing guildwars 2 and I am quite lost at fixing it. I already called my ISP but they told me everything looks fine.
I read the help topic and ran the following command “C:\Program Files\GUILD WARS 2\Gw2.exe” -diag

This is very annoying and prevent me to enjoy PvP.
So… what can I do to fix it? Is it an issue with NCSoft servers? Does it have to do something with telia? Who should I contact?

Thanks to everyone there, i will finally play this chapter \o/ espacially to CatharticOxymoron who gave me a visual answer I have learnt something today thanks to you.
Actually I think that I got a little confused with the “choose the episode you want to play” mechanics cause I juste realized it was a “soul bound” process and that it cannot be played with a character under 80. So I guess the current episode did not trigger as I may have clicked on the “green episode cross” with my sub 80 character.

I tend to think that the episode is “half” activated, that is achievements from the current living story are active while I cannot actually play the current living story instances.
Before saying “it’s a bug” and ask CS for some help, i’d rather check if I did not fail somewhere, actually.

long story short.
I saw a green star on my screen on Tuesday but did not click it until today (when I decided to go play the current Living Story episode). I clicked it today but did not received the usual mail telling me where to go, I also cannot see any green arrow showing me where to go and/or to whom I should talk.
I tried to walk to the Silverwastes to see if any script could be triggered, but nothing actually tells me what to do. I’ve been in Fort salma too to see if I could manually go into a living story instance but I cannot see anything.
I’m completely lost. Anyone may help?

How about a “random daily-map-rotation” for each level of fractal?
I mean, for a given day D, if someone lauches a given level L, he will always get the same maps rotation.
But the day after D+1, the map rotation for the same level L will be one again randomized so that the maps may change for this day.
There are however many pros (gather people around a given level of fractal, encourage people to experiment higher levels) and cons (time-gating due to difficulty of some daily map rotation) which may be discussed.
I have learnt something today thanks to you.
