486770 – If you were asked to submit a new ticket, definitely proceed. I’m sorry for the confusion, but do believe the team can and will help you.
500464 – NINE tickets. You friend must STOP submitting tickets. In the meantime, I have asked our GM Manager to review this situation.
130404-001167 – This ticket is at least six months old and is inaccessible to our team. Please have your friend submit a new ticket and provided details about his request in that new ticket.
508632 – Final Response was given on 5 April. This is not something that can be further appealed via the forums. He should update his ticket with any new information

You know that the 5% fee for listing items in the TP is always directly taken from your wallet ?

If you read carefully the first post you will see that they are just doing a normal gameplay. they dont actually use TP. They are new in gw2 but they are not noobs when it comes to MMO.

it’s actually both identical case. i think he already contacted support too. but i pity our guild member as he is new & still learning the game & now Anet forbid him from accessing his account for almost a week now.

And my role here is to only inform this forum about the bug or something that is happening. I saw few posts but it were closed without proper answer so i just raised this to get the attention of CS and other players who experienced the same thing. Tbh im kinda afraid of holding my golds too because of this.

our guild member already contacted support since March 31 & Anet removed his permission to access his account & the issue is still unresolved. so my friend is afraid to contact support because he wont be able to play assuming that he will face the same problem that Anet will remove access from him.

Ok this happened to 1 of our guild member & 1 of my friend. The story goes like this.

Guild Member Story
he got 10g before he sleep (night), then when woke up he got 5g left then after a couple of hour he got 1g left doing just a normal gameplay.

Friend Story
he got 3g+silvers from his wallet, then while looking at his wallet to check his items, he saw from his 2 eyes how his 3 golds was deducted from his wallet.

This is getting scary because as we go along with gameplay trying to save gold then suddenly will just loose the hard earned gold instantly.

Our Server is Whitesidge Ridge EU.

Hope this will bring attention to Anet.

One of my friend just now is looking at his wallet then from his own eyes he saw how his 3 golds just deducted from his wallet. I think this is a sort of virus/malware/trojan.This is getting scary. Our Server is Whiteside Ridge. Hope Anet will monitor this kind of activity.

Sorry if wrong section because my previous post is about our guild member loosing a gold from his wallet, and now happened again.

He told me that even in guild wars 2 forum he can’t post anything and this is the message sent to me via skype “Login Error: You do not have access to Guild Wars 2.”
