does anyone know what to do? or anyone else got this problem?

I changed my email adress now cant log in anymore

Hey,

My husband and i both got an account.
When he started playing he linked his gw1 and 2 account and had to confirm that.
Yesterday he had to change the email adress from his account cause the one he used isnt working anymore.
After he changed it he got an email saying that it was succesfully changed, also when he first logged in he had to confirm his email had changed, but after that he got logged out and ever since isnt able to log back in anymore, not in the game gw1 and gw2 not on ncsoft website and not on this one anymore.

Can someone please help out cause this is getting very frustrating, also waiting on the ticket and there just isnt any reply. The ticket number is 120904-005866.
