Feedback (Easily our best skill for WvW. Feedback alone can do so much damage from reflect)
Illusionary Berzerker (Honestly probably our best Phantasm. Does a ton of AoE damage with a 50% slow. You don’t require line of sight for it to work.
Blurred Frenzy (High damage ability that makes you avoid everything for 2 seconds. Crazy strong.
“Worst” Skills:
Mantras. (In general I just feel they aren’t worth it. I haven’t tried the Mantra DPS build yet though, but still its more based off of the trait rather than the abilities.)
Mass Invisibility (It doesn’t seem worthy of an Elite skill when you can just use Veil to a similar effect.)
Signet of Illusions (It doesn’t seem to work well with its self. You get increased Phantasm health [Ok, I guess] but then can refresh CD on an ability that destroys all of your phantasms?
Also noticed a couple of people mentioned Blink. Honestly I’ve never had issues with the ability, it’s probably one of our best escape skills.
Also to the guy talking about the Block abilities, they can block at a range as well. And Sword/sword is actually what I run while leveling, although I do prefer Sword/Pistol for sPvP purposes).
*Remove Clone generation from Mirror Blades, Remove Vulnerability. Replace it with Blind, increase cooldown (and range).
Blind on a 4,8-10s CD. Chaining. Right.
Also, no Clone generation? It’s the fastest non-autoattack move of the GS, it needs that Clone. Not like you shouldn’t use it. As always, if Clones overwriting your Phantasms is a problem, you’re not shattering enough to begin with.
Clones don’t overwrite Phantasm’s anyways anymore. Its a non-issue.
Also Shatter isn’t worth it to use for a Phantasm build. You get more damage from the summons.
