hey guys, sorry to ninja the thread but since I have similar questions I might as well post here.

Are the riding broom and drill thing converted to tonics as well? same question for the panda hat. (PS sorry for the abbreviated names but I really have no clue what they were actually called)
if no where can I find them in-game?
On the other hand. if yes. and I got to the BL A/W merchant asking him to “convert all” is restricted to the active character or account wide?

I also have an extra pair of inventor’s sunglasses as well as an extra flamekissed light armour skin. When I bought the skin, there was no clue about the wardrobe system and I had in mind to use them on certain alts when they hit 80 .. unfortunately that didn’t happen before this patch so the skin is still untouched and useless. (I used one of the two I had purchased to unlock them in the wardrobe)

As a side note I also have 2 instant trait resets, but I am unsure if I bought them directly from the BLTC or if they were drops from chests. I am aware that if its the latter I have no claim but is there a way to confirm? maybe through support?

With that said I’d also like to know from where/how can I contact support and ask for a refund if applicable.

I’m asking this question in name of a RL friend of mine. For some weird reason and very recently, during the last 2 weeks, he cannot access anything in the Black Lion Trading Company. with that I mean to include trading post, sell, transaction history .. practically anything related to the “o” shortcut. he also tried accessing the menu through the actual NPC, the black lion deliver agent item and selling/buying directly from inventory.

To make things worse I asked him to write up this post himself / make a ticket but for some weirder reason the GW2 website is loading in compatibility mode and he’s having issues logging. (how/where do you make a ticket exactly pls? he did use the in-game help feature but we are not sure if it was a bug report or an actual ticket)

The rest of the game play is fine with no kinks or negative features.

As a side note he did run a cleaner software and updated the usual suspects for completeness sake (jave, flash, directx and so forth, btw OS is windows 7). He also deleted the gw2.tmp and crash.dmp from the installation folder as well as the cache from the appdata\local\temp\gw2* (he did not have the 3 lone files gw2.dat, gw2.exe and gw2.temp which i do have in the same path) we also tried the repair guide shown here (https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/28148006-Repairing-the-Game-Client) to no avail.

Any help suggestions guidance and ideas are welcome and appreciated. since he already missed out on some gem related offers/gems for gold trading cause of this issue.

Thanks for the replies will definitely look into them will let you know what i come up with later on during the week.

another addition which I missed to mention .. I’d also be inclined to use a build which has quickness and faster sb skill rotations/attack if any exist.

PS: I tried several builds myself but not being a pro in the class I couldn’t actually test/verify them appropriately.

well I need some build/gear related help/options for my ranger. I’ve been reading a lot of forums, builds, guide and so on but I still have not found what I really wish for. As a side not this is not my main character but just an alt.

When I started off I had an idea that the major game play will be me sitting at a ranged position with a sb or lb shooting arrows and applying conditions. Unfortunately when I reached 80 and started reading through countless builds I realised that the main and most effective way for a ranger to do the max dps is with zerger gear and a s/wh build, which tbh I do not care for .. I have my warrior for that.

What I’m looking for and would really appreciate the help with, even links to other guides and what not, is a pure ranged preferably sb build that stacks bleeds and other conditions fast and is still kinda viable for PvE. I do not care for pvp either. In poor words i just want to move around shooting stuff and see them die with conditions from my sb

Apologies if my English is not perfect and if I may have used basic terminology. i’m grateful for any help or guidelines you can supply.
