This has been happening to me since launch, and I’ve also been playing since beta and gladly had no problems of this kind during beta. The very day the game went live, I started having this problem.
Sadly, I’ve tried many things and been in contact with tech support a few times, but have been hung out to dry more than once on this issue. And to have tech support reply bluntly “this is the problem” 8 days ago and never return to a forum post is even more unprofessional and rude than just abandoning one customer.
