Ah righto that makes sense. Still we managed to down what we believe was the last boss, which was a giant (PURPLE EPIC?) ooze. is that meant to be the last mob on that path? otherwise we had to head WAY south in the area.
I’ve been reading the forums for a while and feel like all discussion has deteriorated into “Haters gonna hate” “Fanboys gonna love” Both parties have feet to stand on. There are aspects of this game that are amazing and then there are just frustrating bugs that are preventing anybody from progressing at all. When someone says this dungeon is too hard "Fan boys immediately jump on and state “YOUR DOING IT WRONG” which at times may be the case. But then there are other times when the haters are totally justified. Bugs that cause players to be one shot amid combat with no real way of preventing the damage. Everyone should just step back and realise that you weren’t there so you don’t have the whole story. Put your hate or idol-ism aside and take a look at what the real problem is. Then maybe we can move forward with the game development.
I see a lot of people posting regarding diminishing returns on dungeon rewards. I just ran ARAH explore mode with some mates, downed 3 bosses and not 1 of us got a single token. What’s up with that?
So me and a few friends decided to tackle this instance tonight. And a little while in realised that we weren’t getting any tokens for killing bosses. Furthermore we get to what I assume is the last boss. (Giant purple slime) kill it and the instance doesn’t end. Instead it looks as if it’s thrown us on another explorable path. I understand that a game can’t be perfect out of the gates, but it would be nice to hear from ANET regarding the bugs they are looking to fix and those they are aware of. Currently they aren’t even releasing notes when they hotfix. Would really like to be kept in the loop.
