Chronomancer please…There is a spot.. I don’t care who says otherwise
Hey there! We are looking for a fulltime Chrono to fill a raid spot! Here’s some basic info.
Aegis Prime [AP] is a small-community oriented guild looking for players who are interested in doing PvE content. We run content such as sPvP, Dungeons, Fractals, Guild Missions and Open World Content. And more recently raids.
A little about us and our requirements
We come from many walks of life. Some of us played some game called World of Warcraft you may have heard of. Raided a lot there. For other’s this is their first MMO. Some like to change their hairstyle every few days. Some love to grind map’s all day for Fulgurite, or maybe farm Fractal’s all day. Other’s pray the bunker meta in sPvP ends soon (it is!). There’s a lot of diversity here, so no matter the game-mode you enjoy there’s sure to be a spot you fit right into. Currently we recruit those based on this criteria:
- Good, friendly personality. Joking is fine, and it can even get a little out of control. But just know, no one is out to personally attack each other. All fun and games.
- 18+. “Adults” only. Teenage drama just doesn’t interest us.
- Active player. We are looking for active players. This doesn’t mean you need to be online 8 hours a day, 7 days a week type of player. But just, play the game. That’s what we’re here for right?
Now, with the release of HoT and raid’s being introduced into the game it’s something many of us are eager to get into. We know it’s not everyones cup of tea, but for those interested in raiding there are other requirements as well.
Disclaimer: We are new to raiding in Guild Wars 2 and have not cleared the raid. We will be progressing. Raid times are Fridays and Saturdays 7:30 pm MT / 9:30 pm EST / 6:30 pm PST
What we’re looking for in raiders
- Patience. We are currently recruiting member’s to fill the raid roster and as such have done nothing but dabble in the raid. If you are looking for a clear group in an instant, we’re not going to be that guild. If you like the idea of progressing with a group here we are.
- Ability to min/max your character to the best of your abilities and know what to do to achieve the highest results for your respective class. Raids are not designed for a group of full Soldier’s-geared players with little knowledge of their class. That said we do not require full ascended equipment but ascended accessories are at least required. For those without we will be glad to help gear you out.
- Being able to use Teamspeak for raids is a must. Even if you don’t wish to talk, just listening will make all the difference. Not going to be typing mid boss fight.
- Respect. For some this is the first time for raiding, so having some patience and respect is a must. Hurtful bashing or name-calling is not permitted. Constructive criticism is welcome however.
- Be on time. Be there 15 minutes before the raid starts, consumables in hand.
Recruiting for Raids
Currently we in need of a main Chronomancer badly!
Please feel free to apply even if your class or role is not listed above as you may qualify for a spot due to our ability to recompose the squad.

Looking for full-time Chronomancer for raids! And just about anyone for anything! More the merrier
No thanks dungeons are garbage and would need a major overhaul to be fixed. Nothing fun or enjoyable about running by every mob to get to the end. It’s frustrating to see these things designed just to skip 95% of it. If they did something with dungeons they’d have to overhaul all of them and maybe make it more like the raid trash. Meaningfull trash, that is fun and has it’s own mechanics, can’t be skipped but rewards you for your effort. Like…miniboss trash. As for their current design. Hell no.
Aegis Prime [AP] is a small-community oriented guild looking for players who are interested in doing Raids and high level Fractals. We also run other content such as sPvP, Dungeons, Guild Missions and Open World Content(HoT meta events). A lot of Open World Content.

sent you mail ingame
I just did this about an hour ago and had no problems. There was no timer on it so just take it slow and easy. What I did was killed the menders as soon as they spawned. They don’t attack back so very easy to kill. The blue orbs that float around I simply ran away from them when they spawned. Eventually they despawn. Mostly just attacked the statue, dodged his big AoE attack and killed menders/ran away from orbs. Occasionally I would kill adds with Rhytlock, Rox and that other Charr dude who’s name eludes me right now. Hope this helps.
We are a small casual-oriented guild on Northern Shiverpeaks. We do not spam zerg ginvite so if you want a guild with hundreds of random faces, you won’t find it with us. We are a tight-knit group of players many of which have played past MMO’s/game’s together for the last 5+ years. A little about us:
-We enjoy event farming!
-We love running Fractals/Dungeons
-We like wandering maps with others for map completion, or helping an alt or someone’s personal story. Doesn’t matter what it is we like to wander with you!
-Guild Missions are on the horizon but just need a few more member’s to actively engage them on a regular basis. (Bounties are unlocked)
-We’re not big on WvW or sPVP although some of us do like it as a distraction from time to time, it’s typically not a daily activity though.
-Lots of knowledge for new players under our wing!
-Biweekly completion of living story event’s together!
If you have any questions feel free to mail me here or ingame. We hope to hear from you soon!
I’ll be there Boom. I don’t mind the difficulty, I think it’s a welcome change. Unfortunately not everyone is….well up to the challenge I guess. I don’t know what NSP’s vent info is so I’ll need that… Thanks !
Alright……. I’m not gonna say how Tequatl is “too hard” or that he require’s too much coordination or whatever…All I’m going to say is I have gone to fight him 3 times a night since release and I have never seen him go down past 90% HP. Take what you want from that sentence. I have rarely ever posted on the forums but I am extremely frustrated at this boss and how poorly my server is doing. Let’s discuss about how terribly everyone else is doing. Or is my server alone in this?
Hi there Majorfalcon! My guild Aegis Prime is on Northern Shiverpeaks. A little about us:
We are a small (21 members) casual-oriented guild on Northern Shiverpeaks that favors PvE over all else, though that doesn’t mean WvW isn’t a good distraction every now and again. We are unlocking Guild Bounties soon, having now stock 10 Bounty Trainings, and would like to bolster our ranks with a few more like-minded individuals to conquer bounties and beyond. We are a tight-knit group of players most of which have played past MMO’s together for the last 5+ years. As such, if you are looking for a large guild you will not find it here. We intend to stay small-medium sized with active players.
We have a group of 80s whom run dungeons but some of us are still leveling up. Even so, we wander the world together no matter the level disparity and are actively involved in dungeons/fractals including story-modes for those that like to see the story. Myself and a few others have been playing since around Halloween so we can offer great advice to new and returning players alike as well as assistance with personal stories, crafting, leveling etc. We are friendly for all kinds of players, our only real rule is to be respectful to others and have fun.
Our current focus is on helping others through personal stories, dungeon runs, and soon Guild Bounties with running training missions to learn them. If you’re interested, send me a PM here or ingame. Thanks and happy travels.
Bump for great justice!
Bump for the week :d
Got some great new faces in the guild, hope to see a few more
And up you go so you don’t get buried forever!

Hey Jotunheimr! We’re a casual-friendly guild on N.S.P as well
Always looking for more people. We constantly wander the map whether it’s for map completion, events, and helping lower level players. Most importantly we play for fun. I’m typically on most every day just give me a shout if you want to talk more or are interested. Thanks
.
Thanks for all the replies everyone! But I think I have found a new home
Hi I am looking for a guild that likes PvE aspect of gameplay, dungeons, etc. I would consider myself semi-casual, I play for fun. I currently have an 80 Guardian and am working on an Elementalist whom is lvl 35. Thanks.
Confirmed. Had the same issue tanks wouldn’t move undead never stopped spawning. Let the story initiator disarm mines alone and it worked perfectly. Thanks a lot !
