Sorry about submitting another ticket (the first one was wrong).

(he was hacked and filed a ticket straight away)

Character name: War Boar (server – ring of fire)

My brother was playing when he suddenly got an error.

He tried to log back on and it basically it said his email address did not exist.

Someone logged on his character and changed server. I guess they basically stole all his money/items. He also received this email…

Someone -hopefully you!- has requested to change the email address associated with your Guild Wars account.
