Guild Wars 2

Hi fellow necromancers, I’m kind of new to the game (bought it 3 months ago) and I’m totally in love with the necromancer. So first of all, I’m not going to play another class. I started working in a conditionmancer build similar to what ascii was running in his stream (for fractals and WvW, sometimes 1v1 in arenas, but for now I mostly care about high lvl fracts and some dungeon runs) and that made me get artificer to 500 after a lot of hard work. This monday I’m going to finish my ascended scepter, but I can’t really decide which stats should I get on it. I also don’t have a clue about my armor stats, runes, trinkets and mostly the fractal backpiece (so limited choices). I kind of made mi mind to get rabid staff, but now dhuumfire is going to change I’m clueless. I know necromancer is by far not the best PvE character to play, and moreover I know that probably powermancer is better for PvE, but I already have 500 in artificer and since I started playing not too long ago I really need to start doing more than 1 fractal per day, so I need a somewhat solid build. I tried searching the web but all I get is 5/6 month old builds, and the search tool in this forums doesn’t seems to work. Thank you
TLDR: please need not horrible condition PvE build that considers future dhummfire changes, ty.

So now that dhuumfire doesn’t proc on crits, what’s the best stats choice for condi necro? I’m about to finish an ascended scepter and about to reach 1350 fractal relics, but precision (rabid) seems less appealing now. Should I get dire? I really want more damage, not more survivability. Maybe just get rabid anyways and justify the precision with the bleeding on crit from traits+sigil? Thank you!
