Forge makes reciepe. Its also a bit misguiding that most people write reciepe like 20 krystals + 5 bottles of wine + 50 mystic coins + piece of armor, its not quite right you need not just random piece of armor but torso.
Done the same thing. Should’ve research thing more deeply but hey its just a game. Reciepe for this thing looks realy useless though. Maybe if it was 5 insignia so you could save some money on common resources and recieve fancy bag of full armor set it would be worth while, now its not.
