Bump. It is happening with me to it takes 3 or 4 key strokes before it registers i want to move forward i have set my bindings to default (and no its not a busted keyboard) please help wanted to return to the game and get some WvW in but by the time the game sees i want to move forward its to late.
Judging from MrSilver’s previouse posts…. He is a troll Elementalist. <——- seems to be a thing as of late.
So couple questions (honestly just questions im not an elitest) why have well of recall?? chilled never seem to do much in the ways of PvE to me, did you find a use?? Second I noticed you chose shattered concentration (havnt played much if any new content) do mobs have boons we need to worry about? If so I need to rethink my build XD
So as you all know today is the start of BWE3 and the more I look at the mesmer skill set right now Sword+Sword/Focus is “meta” but it seems that with chrono coming we won’t need to have swords in our mainhand on both 1st and secondary weapon sets. So my theory…. with a power build could a staff become a good secondary weapon set? With chaos storm + power I would think it would do nice aoe damage combined with it being a field and giving you aegis and ret while you are up close with your sword an shield not to mention the chaos armor from using number 4 and the field you would have some nice protection going on. With alacrity you can almost spam sword 2. I know staff 1 with power will be kitten useless and staff 2 would be situational but 3,4, and 5 seems (to me anyway) that they would nice to have at our dissposal. Heres the build Im thinking of trying during beta. Any ideas?
So not sure if this is just a one time thing…….. In Silver Wastes there is a fragrent cactus hero point when i used the fruit my client crashed.
It is intended. When they announced BW3 (beta weekend 3) they also announced they had some data corrupted with the beta toons and said they were going to be removed.
Confirmed on my end didnt even notice till it was to late :/ hope we just see a roll back not a ban fest
Sooooo this is new playing along at max graphics settings at 60FPS and BOOM! down to 10-14 fps with no reason. Any ideas if I restart guild wars it will work fine for a time again and then fps drop. Nvidia Geforce GTX870m 6gb dedicated, 24g ram, I7 2.7ghz
I have been runing this game max no problems until now and even if i drop it to lowest graphics it still sits at 10-14 until i restart GW2 any ideas??
So if I read this right Tides of Time is supposed to block incoming projectiles. Is it a bug that arrows from Coztic Bladedancers are not blocked or any of the frogs for that matter?? or is it just me? I have tried many time just to see if i was timing wrong and that doesnt seem to be the case. Feedback will reflect the arrow but ToT cant block it.
Thank you for all of your feed back everyone Gives me some things to try
I see alot about everyone loving condi crono but hows Chrono with assassin gear and wells? this question is pointed at my fellow pve mesmers It just seems with assassin gear you could do alot with the wells and shatters coming off of F5 or are you having a better time with carrion gear for a combined build

let me start by saying i hate greatsword it feels clunky and the only thing it seems to be good for in PvE is #4 otherwise it just seems meh to me. I love the staff chaos armor and chaos storm are fun to use and has no range penalty. Is there a good build for PvE content such kitten and maybe a fractl here and there that putss s/s+staff in one build?
And let me say ive been told as of late that condi damage with rampager is a better fit for mesmer with amped bleed dmg is this true?? i just dont want to waste the gold i am not a rich player lol

So just as the title says i am having a hard time picking either condition , Staff/Sc+F with massive bleeds and confusion, or Power S+S/f with high precision and weak as hell bleeds. what is all of your oppinions? I love playing with conditions and post patch ramp up time is now minimal but i feel like im missing something. I mainly fight world bosses, run around SW, and every now and again sneak a fractal or two into my week. and is their a build that would mash Staff/S+F that would be amazing
and if so do i do power prec feroc. or do i use some other combo?
Ah man really so back to the assassin?
So im interested in all your thoughts. With the Condi mesmer being a viable thing now it seems ramp up time is a thing of the past but I havnt had a chance to try it in a dungeon or FotM. so question being for those of you who have is a condition build a good idea or are we still better off in assassin gear with the oll s/s + Focus? Ideas?
thats why i keep Feedback but it seems to me that the hight of temperal curtain is very limited if the attack so much as arches a little it doesnt reflect, it just hits the target anyway. when temperal curtain hits right its amazing but i cant get it to block half the incoming attacks.
Hello, first let me start by saying thank you for all of you that look at this.
I am posting for a little bit of help on a build I think might be viable for a PvE mesmer. Now i know what your thinking staff is never viable for mesmers in pve I get that alot.
this is my build :http://gw2skills.net/editor/?fhAQNAscWnsISDaWmGuqB1aGp1gQ9VySPJZAOQJ/QHA-TRBBABScIAga/BAOBAQcEA0+BAAA-e
I have been using this build with full assasin gear and zerk accesories.
Im looking for some pointers I HATE the focus for reflect don’t get me wrong warden does alot of dps but the reflect to me is not worth it and two handed swords to me seem great at a distance or in WvW ( nuked my fair share with a 2h sword) but it seems like in dungeons you never have enough room to get max dmg out of it with the dps loss at so much range going on. Now i love the staff not the highest dmg but i love the idea of it helping my team in a fight as well as the warlock hitting for 8-10k depending on conditions. Now im not saying i use the staff 24/7 my general attack is staff early in a fight then switch to my dual swords (s/s to my knowladge does more dmg then anything). but i like having my conditions tick away and my warlock hammering the monster while im in the front lines attacking with my swords. and yes i know i have torment on a few things alot of people kite the mob around so is this a good idea or no?
so the biggest reason im here am i trying to make something work that will never work or is there a little potential in this build and if so can you guys help me i know its a bit rough around the edges.
Xneapx
