I’ve so been waiting for this!! I’ve just got few questions, when it says to state the country, i’m assuming it means country where you live in instead of country you were born in? Also if i’d like to submit just one design, do i need to use the provided sheet or can i make it on a separate sheet, just as long as i follow the guide lines?

I wouldn’t mind donating some art, if it would be ok to draw a half body one!

Don’t worry about art flooding in yet, in my experience artists tend to leave things to the last minute I need to put a reminder as well of the new ending date. Since we’re allowed multiple pieces as well, might just draw another one! Good that you said that cause otherwise i’d just done one

But yeah don’t panic if art isn’t coming in, chances are that all of it will come in just few days before the deadline

I’m not sure how big a digital piece should be? You got any minimum size in mind? I usually draw on a really big canvas but tend to resize it down once i’m done, so just wanna make sure it’s not gonna be too small

I’ve been super busy with my new job so i’m really happy i found the time and inspiration to draw my necro Chenoyu! I’ve always thought of her as a mad and bloodthirsty character who won’t let others stand in her way. And those who try…well…will most likely disappear.

I wanted to share something i’ve been working on some time now, i made multiple color combinations from one picture cause i didn’t know what colors i wanted to have, and decided i’d rather post them all at once rather than wait ‘til i’m finished with each one.

I had this idea in my head for a while, how all sylvari are born from a dream which inspired me to do this piece and i’m glad i got around to finish it Hope you guys like it!

I don’t mind doing multiple ones, will be on separate pictures or on same one depending if the character is the same or not, or you can decide, i’m fine with either. How many are we talking? Cause if it’s 1-3 i’ll just reserve that many slots for you on the next batch, but if it’s more than that i’ll probably have to take more time with it. If that’s fine with you then cool, i can work on it between things.

I’m opening commissions for weapon designs! This is sort of new so i’m only taking 5 slots to begin and see if it kicks off. Commission price will be 20g for one weapon design based off your character.

What i will look for when i design a weapon for you:

-colors of your armor and character
-over all look of your armor and character
-patterns
-race (for example, sylvari might get plant based design)
-sex? Not sure how i’d go about this but maybe no sparkly butterfly designs for butch norn males?

You may choose a weapon your class normally doesn’t wield if you want, i’m not really restricted like that. Only down side for this is that you’re giving me free hands to design a weapon for you, i won’t take requests (“draw me a scythe with ribbons!!”). Some weapons i might be better at drawing than others.

I will not start working on your commission until i’ve received payment. First come first serve, so who ever claimed a spot first gets it.

Please take screenshots in the character selection, give UI some time to disappear
It makes my life a lot easier, also when you send me gold via in-game mail, please state your account name, cause i’m pretty sure it shows your character name instead account one. That way i won’t get confused who’s sent me money <3

There is too much kitten going around between Piken and SFR. This whole season thing ruined WvW in my opinion. It’s more like troll wars now. I hope i get to enjoy WvW again some day.

tbh there really isnt especially between the guilds in this matchup they all respect eachother and have nice fights against eachother it has been a fun matchup for alot of people only people whining on here and looking at the point per tick and not actually playing the game make things look worse than they are

I mostly meant the pugs As being the only one from my guild playing WvW active i get to see a lot of the bad sides from both servers cause running with random people in zergs. I kind of feel sad for the good guilds in both servers that they have to deal with such people :/ I’ve been thinking of joining another guild to have some decent fights without the rage and what not. Just don’t know who to join Seems like every decent guild has either uptight elitist people or random guys with no actual raids or anything. I guess i’ll wait and see.

I’m not really happy about the thief changes :/ If i can’t evade as much as i do now i will be killed istantly in aoe…since thieves don’t have much hp, reducing evade is a really bad idea. I already find it hard to stay alive against high damage builds/mobs and my only survival tools are evade and stealth…and they both are being nerfed. And as a casual player i haven’t really looked that much into the traits and really thought about what they do when i do this and that or studied all weapon skills and how to use them best. Cause i just simply don’t have the interest to do so. I picked traits that i think are the best for me and my play style. I don’t even use other stealth skills than shadow refuge cause that also heals and is good in groups.

So…if evading and stealth are taken away from me and my hp is gonna stay the same there is no point to play thief anymore since i can’t survive. I think the thief hp is ridiculous even now and i even have runes to increase my health. I mean classes in light armor have more hp than i do as medium armor? How does that work?

Maybe i’m just a “noob” to other guys even when i’ve played this game really long now, but i think this is an issue to casual gamers :/ I do understand that stealth can be a bit OP sometimes with high damage….believe me i’ve died to those thieves many times but if they are against someone with good healing (like guardian) there is a good chance they will die cause of low hp.

Yeah it might be just me or our server….don’t know xD We’ve had some pretty bad commanders as well so it might be cause of that too. I’m gonna stop worrying about this :D But server change? Nah i picked this one and i’m sticking with it ;3

1. We don’t release this number but this answer can be derived from the answer to your second question. i.e. total players = map cap * 4

2. There is a per-map player limit but we don’t release this number either, though it’s possible to infer from observation. This is especially true now that culling is gone.

3. The per-map player limit is also per-team. Each team has an independent limit and players from one team cannot ever prevent players from the other teams from entering a map.

I’m sure that’s more cryptic than you’d like but that’s the information I can release.

Then maybe the limits are just too high? Or the limits are for all maps? Because i don’t see how it’s possible to have 200 vs let’s say 100 and people are in queue? or do we just have so many solo players that it makes it impossible to have as big group as the other team? :/

Yes WvW needs better balance between servers. We’re doing pretty good in WvW but i can’t help but to get irritated sometimes when our group has 60 people and the opposing server has 200. So…my suggestion would be that there should be a limit on how many players from one server can join one map at a time. Even if we had more players that could join us and help, they’re stuck in queue cause all the players from other servers fill in the room. If it’s a problem that queues would just be more horrible than what they are now…then more maps maybe?

I think right now there is only a limit on how many players there can in one map, but not per server. Me and many more have agreed that this would be a good thing. Now that the season is starting it’s getting even more ridiculous. People are going to the server that is winning at the moment and it makes it even harder for the rest of us.

I really hope there is gonna be some changes to this because otherwise we’ll have no chance playing WvW anymore, since it’s impossible to get anything done when you’re constantly ran over by certain servers. People have started quitting already and i wouldn’t want any more to go :/
