Guild Wars 2

I’m getting tired of the game not working as well. It gives me errors all the time and the trade post also freezes all the time.

I’m still crashing as well and I agree that it is worse now. Before the patch I could occasionally close the trade post and not have it freeze. Now it freezes 100% of the time.

Mine loads about 5% of the time. The other 95% it won’t load then crashes the game. I’ve sent in numerous reports threw the game over the last couple of months. GW2 please fix this bug.

I am having the same problem. It just happened to me a bit ago. I was almost done with the group event (which was already glitchy and lagging due to the mega server) and gw2 just disconnected my character. I am also getting tired of the mega server lagging all the time during big events and then logging out.

I had to restart my computer a few times but the trade post finally works!!

Hello,

We’re going to need to spend some more time on getting a patching resolution. As this could carry into the weekday, the team would like to give you an optional workaround.

1. Rename your existing application file to something other than “Guild Wars 2”.
2. Download a new “Guild Wars 2.dmg” from here:
http://cloudfront.guildwars2.com/client/branches/Gw2Setup.dmg
(or) from the account manager on guildwars2.com.
3. Open the file and install the application. This installation should fix the certificates issue you’ve been experiencing.
4. When the installer completes and the Guild Wars 2 client begins patching, close the application.
5. Delete the new “Guild Wars 2” application that the installer placed in your Applications folder.
6. Relaunch the original application that you renamed in step 1.
7. The application will patch to the latest version.

This did not work. My trade post still isn’t working.

Just tried the patch and it didn’t work for me either. Still no trade post

My trade post hasn’t been working for 4 days. I was going to try to use my Gems to buy something + buying and selling items with gold but now I can’t. Usually when the trade post stops working it only lasts a day so this problem isn’t new but the amount of time is.

My friend went on her windows and messed with my settings. All is good now!

I have been having trouble for a few months with my camera angels not working. They stay very close to my characters and make it very difficult to see what I am doing. Occasionally it fixes itself for a short period of time then messes up as soon as I log back in. I have tried changing things about the camera and nothing seems to fix the problem.
