I had the same problem and found out it was my cheap surge protector. I recommend you plug the computer into the wall socket and see if it works.

I had the same problem. Thought it was my PSU, had error 41, 63. I realized that my power strip couldn’t handle the load from the game when it started. To verify and fix it, I plugged my PSU straight into my wall socket as opposed to the strip and I have not had any crashes. My power strip had an internal overcurrent trip that shut down my computer with gw2 loading it up. Hook up your PSU to the wall and see if that helps. Please reply if this helps.
