Not easy to say who need more help.
I think Ranger is better in pvp than the Ele.
But the Ele is better in WvW were the Ranger is useless.
The other classes need no help i think.

I think Weakness can reduce Crit dmg but only have a 25% chance to reduce.
Then you reduce the dmg over time and have a chance to stop Burst dmg. That also help the necro because he only have these Conditions to stay alive but they are to bad.

Please ask them gently if they really want to change something. Nothing happend since the last State of the Games and they lie to us very badly.
