Tom Gore, indeed you pointed some points I didn’t had in count. Maybe the real player was hidden, is possible. When I mentioned the 2 seconds time, was the time that took to spawn another one after we slain him, with a finish move. Regarding an extra player around? well if he was stealthed we couldn’t see him while he remain that way.
I apreciate the fact you pointed this facts, but regardless I started the post with “hackers”, in no part of my original post I called anyone hacker, just exposed a strage situation that happened to me and a fellow server player.
I hope I don’t cross with such situation in future but if I do I’ll take your advice and will try to get screenshots from combat log.

You should probably check on other classes skills and mechanics before calling hackers.

Obviously you didn’t red well my post and I do know other professions (not classes) skills, and for your info here what http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Thief_ says about summoned thieves:
“Summoned thieves can be summoned by the Thief profession. Like most summoned allies they will follow their summoner and fight nearby hostiles until slain or their duration expires (the duration depends on the skill used to summon the thief).”
So after the thief is slain, summoned ones should not keep fighting since he’s dead, therefore he’s not supposed to keep fighting. If this happens something it’s really wrong.
One last thing, for much you disagree with someone, “facepalming” other people is truelly offensive, try read the post and understand ‘em, try give constructive replies and not acting like a know it all person.
I just wanted to expose this, I wasn’t alone in that fight and the other player also thought what was happening very odd.

This morning I started my day as usual, logged into GW2 and decided that my dailies would be done at WvW.
For my suprisse while I was capturing a camp with another player from my server, this player appeared from nowhere (he didn’t run, he just appeared from nothing), before any troll starts to say there are professions that have stealth, I know that fact. What made me scratch my head and start thinking something was wrong, was when we killed that player and in like two second he reappeared at same location, full health and way far from nearest WP for his/it faction.
The name of him/it was generic “Underworld thief Wv W” and also appeared as “Underworld Footman Wv W”, and always using thief skills. As obvious I reported it as scam or bot, since I never crossed over with a situation like this.
I’ve red some posts in this forum about why WvW don’t atract more players, maybe one of the reasons it’s this, servers that use bots to scam and spoil the game of others.

Yes, it is possible to have more than 5 per server. Each extra characters will cost you 800 gems I believe.

Since this morning (08.00 am GMT) no lag issues. Hurray!

Only one problem, got this strange thing, the game keeps running and my screen goes black and says “Input signal out of range”, happened twice this morning (12.50 pm GMT atm). I just shut down my PC and restart it, with no lag issues so far.

Any idea why this black screen with that message?

And yes I submited a ticket to the support team right after write this.
I’m actually happy with the no lag, thank you for showing us you indeed were taking care of this issue Ashley Segovia, but getting that disconnectivity can be nasty.

No matter if it’s at day or night, game impossible to play for almost 2 weeks now, getting fps between 1 and 10.
I’ll post my diagnostic in this threat aswell.

No improvement what so ever, game is impossible to play, this goes for almost 2 weeks now for me. And this is not the first time I get this insane lag (fps around 1 to 10).

Won’t post another Diagnostic file, I believe it’s irrelevant at this point.

I will try log to the game and see if anything changes from time to time, like i’m doing this days, I log about 4-5 times during the day and night in the hope the issue it’s gone.

Hope this diagnostics help to solve this issue, for too long this keep going.

I truelly love this game, but the constent issues with low fps make it impossible to play it.
Not the first time I post here due this issue, I play SWtOR and have no problem, play WoW and no problem, play Neverwinter online (f2p) and no problem at all, play LotRO (f2p) and no issue aswell. The only game I do have problems with low fps is GW2.
I do think is more then time for the devs to find a solution for this, and if in fact they are not accepting or asking for AMD and Nvidia help to solve this, they are making a really huge mistake, but then, they already sold the game and the idiots that bought it, counting on having a smooth play experience just lost their money.
Really a pity, the game is actually pretty nice.

Can’t get into game, the patch was complete and when hit the play button the game don’t manage to get into server. What is going on?

I pass more time in forums because of lag or connection issues then in game. This is ridiculous.

Lag is back and for good, since saturday after the patch I started to have low fps again (1 to 6 fps), this happened before about 20 days ago, at that time I posted in bug forums. It’s impossible to play in this conditions. Hope this helps to solve it.

Don’t really want to jinks it, but this morning logged in and in Metrica was getting nice smooth gameplay, fps between 27 and 71 (mostly around 35 fps). Just hope not to get the lags I experienced this last days.

From my part have changed nothing, not sure if the lag is due to the server population and area in question when I play, but only the gods will know what have changed, since had no reply from your part.

Thought was my duty to report the improvement and the absence of lag at least this morning.

Reinstalled the game, and passed by the painfull 15,770 Gb of patch to realize that it didn’t helped solve the lag, still with lag around 4 to 13 fps now. Impossible to play like this, skills that stay glowing and frame rates too low, no matter what graphic options I use.
Like mentioned before in others mmorpg’s I have no issues at all with maximum graphics sets.

A reply from the devs would be really apreciated.

Experiencing same issue, since last major patch having this insane lag.
Bought the game at 25th this month (March), installed the game and got amazed with the art work, the graphics, the smoothness while playing, now getting like 4 to 7 fps. doesn’t matter if I use best performance option on graphics, or auto detect, the issue still there, so the problem is not from my PC or the graphic options I make, it’s the game itself.
Also is not from my ISP, have others mmorpg’s (SWtOR, for example) and when running it get 60-70 fps with highest graphical options.

A feedback about this from your part would be awesome.
