As an Austrian I’m at work now… do you actually say the kit is available right now?

Haven’t found any on the hole Reddit question stuff. But it was questioned several times. So why is this matter being so hard ignored by Arena?

Makeover Kits canceled for the near future?

I want it so hard!

Still no news about the kits? Anet why are you ignoring your customers? So far there is NOTHING I would buy in the gem shop… A makeover kit I would gladly buy.

Delayed due bugs?
Delayed due price discussions?
Delayed due a special shop promotion for the makeover kits?

Any answer would be better then this silence!

Tried hard to do fractals with PUGs but still not reached lvl3. Every time after one or two instances someone has a disconnect and cannot join the party after relogging. On some tries the people instantly quitted and on some tries we just failed at the end due other bugs (map with colossus and players downed outside of the map(!)) ore lacking skill.

Is there any way for a reconnected player to join the party!? I have never seen such a bad mechanic on other MMOs.

Waiting for those kits for some time now. Finaly this would be something worth buying gems for. But so far nothing then silence from Anet on this matter.

Really disappointed that there is still no makeover kit! I want do recustomize two toons badly and beeing eagerly waiting for this more than a month now.

At the moment there is nothing in the gem shop I want to buy… makeover kits I would happily buy.

So why is this taking so long…? With every day missing this kit I get more demotivated logging in.

I`m also very (!) disappointed about how Anet keeps ignoring this matter… thats not how you handle customers!

An honest answer would be most appreciated… but I don’t think they dare to….

If this is the way it seems (with the lack of detailed information we have so far) I do not like this at all.

The absence of item progression past recent reaching max lvl was one major fact why I chose to play this game.

In the end item progression in other mmos was no fun an joy but work to keep up the pace…. maaaan I do this in real life… not wonna do this in gaming!

At the current state with continous content updates gw2 would have bound me for a long time… with item progression and forced dungeon grinding for best stats the game would loose me and my € for gems.
