My guild, though currently small in size, may be what you are looking for.
We are mainly WvW oriented with some PvE.
We are on Fort Aspenwood.

About Us:

We are a small guild, but looking to expand into a respectable WvW guild. Our focus will be on creating multiple 5-10 person well-coordinated strike teams to turn the tides of battles. We want to avoid the huge uncoordinated blob-like zerg groups that get the job done, but do so slowly and inefficiently. We are looking to create muscle, not fat.

Communication:

We have a part-time teamspeak server (Hosted from my pc currently. However, if the guild grows enough in size, I will likely pay for a dedicated server)

Requirements:

Minimum age is ~15. However, we are more focused on overall maturity than age. Annoying or childish players will not be tolerated. We are looking for skilled and experienced players, but anyone with a will to learn can apply. Teamspeak is recommended if you plan on really contributing to your group.

Other Stuff:

We have lv400 Tailor and Jeweler, and are working toward lv400 leatherworker.

Saturday evenings are currently our dedicated WvW hours, but we will likely be playing on most weeknights as well.
