Hello I’m representing my friends GW2 Account, he had his account hacked 5 days ago (Sept. 8th, 2012). The email on his account was changed and he no longer has access to his account, and has not been able to play since. I have his Ticket No. (120909-000661) and was hoping to get this issue resolved.
