I have been playing alone since release, save for guild which I joined for a while but apart from the guild leader, no one spoke/did anything.
So I am trying to reach out and find somewhere I can settle in, make some friends, and hopefully, do plenty of group activities.

So who am I? well I’ll keep it brief on the forums:
- I’m English (so I am running on GMT and play most evenings/weekends).
- I’m mature (late 20s).
- I play a Thief as my main (level 74 atm, closing in on 80).
- I enjoy dungeons and WvWvW the most.
- I enjoy chatting and have a good sense of humor, I can take a joke and I come with a drama-free guarantee, and as a bonus, I refuse to type in leet-speak.
- Currently on Ring of Fire, but willing to move if the guild is right.

If you need any more information just ask, or if you would like me to apply to your guild, you can post here any guild website links and I’ll have a look.

I wanted to know if there was some kind of ingame support, GMs or whatever. I’ve spent 15 mins trawling through the game menus.

What do you do if you cannot progress in your personal story because of a bug?
Will I have to start it again (took me 45 mins to get to this point ) or is there some form of ingame support?

Can I change my e-mail address on my account?

I am trying to consolidate everything to one email address so I can keep track of everything, I looked around account options but struggle to find an option

As the title says, when creating your character you only get the basic pallet, but of course as you progress you collect some cool colours to dye your armour.

For us non-helm-wearers, an option to dye our hair accessories would be nice, my toon has a headband that is stuck in the ‘Jalapeño’ green, even though all my gear is some posh new dye I picked up along the way, would be nice to dye my headband ‘Abyss’ when I get that dye.
