It’s been two weeks since my account was hacked and five days since I was told I qualified for account restoration, and asked them to proceed with the restoration.

Just want to make sure my ticket isn’t overlooked.

Hello Gaile,

I hope this finds you well. Sometime between the 25th and 26th of November my account was hacked and I submitted a ticket to appeal my perma-ban for botting on the 26th. After The ban was lifted I found out my account was still suspended for being compromised. That ticket went through pretty quickly and I logged in to find that I had in fact been hacked and most of my stuff was gone.

On the 27th I updated my original ticket requesting an account restoration. Still waiting to hear back on that.
