Re-Posting – Day 7- (Ticket Number 120907-008310), my wife got a response saying that the access has been restored, we followed the steps provided with the log in and password and it doesn’t work. Emailed the support as per the email saying if you have any questions please respond to this email and haven’t heard anything yet.

Would you be able to look into this please

Please fix this before the weekend we would really like to start playing together again.

Re posting for my wife who still can’t login. We received and email from GM Roland stating “Access Restored” and providing here with a temp password to login to her account. However the password does not work and the Password reset option does not work either. her original Ticket number was Ticket number 120907-008310

Posting for my wife, account hacked and email changed 5 days ago with no response as of yet from Arena Net. Ticket number is 120907-008310

My wife’s account was hacked the other day while she was playing. She was unable to log back in and upon checking her emails she noticed an email from arena net telling her that her email had been changed and “hopefully it was her”. It baffles me that you can change account setting such as that with out some sort of confirmation step with in the email not just hope its you and cross your fingers.

She submitted a ticket right after and other than the automated password reset email has had no further response. (Tickets120908-000091 and 120907-008310) Pls address this ASAP
