Guild Wars 2

Im running on 64bit and it (as intended) picks the 64bit client however I would like to know how I still access the 32bit version. is there a way to use the command prompt or so?

I just bought the shared account slots (5 pieces) and upon activation my whole inventory is messed up now. My first bag is always open (http://puu.sh/mun8k/cd50531ee4.jpg) and the others are not open.

when I open/collapse them manually and when I close/open my inventory they hide again. this is really annoying because in the 3 years I played I have made my own system and this is really unplayable for me.
