You might have found the solution yourself by now, but just in case: Make sure they aren’t lying around dead somewhere. Once you have revived them, they should be invulnerable, walk back to the starting position, talk a bit and then the event should start.

The laser was bugged again. The phase had just started and the event failed immediately.

Asynchronous timer again.

Apparently the one near the Krait Witch in Timberline Falls was the buggy one for me. Just went there again and I could re-do it. I hope it’ll resolve itself for everyone else reporting too D:

Kessex. A bit west of the tower you’ll see the symbol for the obelisks. There you can get the transcriber.

Ugh. I’m annoyed how many people suggest we might have missed one, especially when this comes up again and again. I channelled all 24 of them. I didn’t track if each one was credited to the achievement correctly/which wasn’t. I know I got interrupted once. I don’t know anymore if I could redo it then or not. (As I wasn’t aware that there is a problem, I didn’t bother to…)
I did 5 or 6 before the new build coming after the original patch. I did the others before the new build on the 30th. Then I realized I’m at 23/24, first paid a visit to some select ones, then to all others. (Except for the one in Mount Maelstrom up at the platform and the one in Timerline Falls near the witch. I am 100 % sure I channelled these correctly, because I was thinking beforehand that I don’t want to go up there again with how annoying the way is.)
I did them all with my Guardian and I still have the transcriber. Thought about switching to my Ranger, but then decided against it, because she doesn’t have one.
As Aerlen reported she could re-do one, I’ll probably start re-visiting them all again. Fun.
