Same issue, “permanently banned for botting” when no such actions took place on 10/31, ticket # 121031-002954. No response yet via email or ticket, account still banned.

Adding my name to the list! Wrongly banned for “botting” when no such 3rd party apps or actions were used! I understand that this is a bug and that issues happen, and I am prepared to be patient while they address everyone’s individual tickets, but I’m super bummed that I won’t be able to finish the halloween achievements as I was attempting to complete them before they expired when the banning occurred =[
