I’ve just played several games in practice arena where I was autobalanced to the losing team and the match didn’t count as a win for me. I’m fairly certain this is a bug, given that volunteering currently always gives you a win for the match, even if you join from spectator mode. Please fix this, its rather annoying to be winning and still be in danger of getting a loss just because players on the other team left.
