POSSIBLE FIX

I don’t know if this will work for everyone, but:

- Enter any PvP match with your ranger as a spectator
- Spectate another ranger that has access to their pet
- Press “K” to open up pet management and select your two pets
- Enter a match or HotM to check if your pets will be summoned

It seems the issue was that our pets were both removed. Since you can only access the pet management with an active pet(impossible with bug), the only alternative is to spectate another ranger.

It has literally been over a week.
I couldn’t really enjoy the beta weekend boost as it is impossible to have a fair chance in PVP when you don’t have your pet. You’re literally handicapping your entire team.
Sent two bug reports, still didn’t even get an automated message.
I REFUSE to make a new character (ranger is my main, oldest character, spent style tickets on, soulbound items etc – so unless I get the gems / gold / age stats back, hell no).
This is not okay and not at all what I expect from Arenanet!

Also have this problem, can’t continue my PvP progress at all. This is really frustrating and it makes me sad that we’re getting no feedback at all from the Support team. At least let us know that you’re working on it and when we can expect a fix?
