You are at no disadvantage if you don’t buy heart of thorns. This is coming from a person who used to play necro, “upgraded” to reaper and quit maining necro because reaper actually nerfed their current build. I now play revenant which is more fun, wouldn’t call it better because I have tons of trouble with rangers, mesmers, and the like. Just play your way and if your way just so happens to be a “hero” class aka espec or a revenant then by all means get the expansion. I’m not saying don’t support the developers because I think it is worth it to pick the xpac up, I am saying and cannot stress enough that you are not at a disadvantage by any stretch of the imagination.

It’s not that bad lol. Just grind wvw for a bit. Also if you’re trying to get reaper, necro is pretty good by itself if you spec blood magic and use dagger. I’m not saying that it is the be all end all but I found that adding reaper actually nerfed a build I had made. Just have some patience. Remember how in wow you had to get to level 50 in order to unlock deathknight class so gw2 is giving us all “hero classes” in the form of elite specs so look at it that way.

Can we add advanced spinal blades as well? The ones before the advanced one really aren’t all that plausible as the “wings” aren’t really big enough to be a glider.
Technically you could add them though because the spinal blades packs are jet packs. I am saying aesthetic alone would dictate that the advanced could be used as a glider.

I would like to quad spinal blades up to tempered+ maybe since they are not actually wings but a jetpack maybe give quad-tempered a red/normal flame and the infused/colored the sparks and a flame that matches the color you have.

I love wintersday. compared to rs or any other mmorpg, you cant really beat it. runescape was all moneygrabbing this year. there is nothing wrong with how it is. also you get tons of luck doing the event and that translates to better loot all around

this is guild wars, you can use exotics and dodge, you only really need dps and fps add some decent gear, and you’re golden.

why not reintroduce dual class?

the waypoint system is okay, but it does break immersion, I use them usually only if I have to, why not have mounts? not flying ones, just like standard, hell if they only increased speed by like 10% it would still be great, and id buy one.

I want a shadowknight class. like the guardian but with necro atributes and passive debuffs.

I want a class with a blight vampire knight type playstyle. not like wow’s dk, but like the shadowknight of eq2.

think subscription fees mean a non buggy game? go try runescape.
