Guild Wars 2

I had the same problem, tried many things to fix it, including running repair, booting Windows with only Microsoft apps to confirm that another program isn’t causing this, deleting Local.dat file etc.

None helped, so I reinstalled the game (left it to download during the night) and that did indeed fix it.

So I can confirm that reinstallation of the game does fix this problem.
