Don’t know if it’s related or a complete fluke, I was about to post “me too” on this problem- all my characters never got past loading screen but a friend suggested I do a repair from this guide:

Took about 10 minutes and then I logged in and everything’s great – hopped multiple characters, doing things, changing zones

I was having the same issue, but this actually helped. Thank you. A friend of mine had the same problem, did this, and now he’s back in, as well.

I’ve been having the same problem with player names, NPC names, and enemy names. For me, it’s been going on for a few days now and can be a huge problem in the large Clockwork Chaos fights. I’ve tried restarting the game and even turning all of the options off, but they still appear at a certain distance.
