My bad.
Using “Basic transmutation stone” or “Fine transmutation stone”, you get this warning in the bottom of the window:
“Warning: transmuting an item will make it soulbound”
But doing as Rhogall said, the item is account bound.

That won’t work.
The “face paint” is soulbound, so you will not be able to interact with one of your other character. Like using a transmutation stone, the slot will become red.
And when you use a transmutation stone with the character who own the mask, still the final object is soulbound.
There is no way around:
-either you forget about having a “face paint”, or you are crazy, and you start over a new necro just to have this “mask”.
A friend of mine choose the second solution, and finally, it go pretty fast to get 80 with a bit of help (friend power leveling you in dungeon)
