I’m only posting this on behalf of my friend, he cannot log-in to the forum since
the hacker changed his e-mail/ account name.

At 9/6/2012, he got a notification from ArenaNet that someone changed his e-mail address,
so he cannot log in to the game or to the forum.
He is waiting for more then 72 hours already.
